Many of our “out of state” buyer clients want something in the county that is within 30 to 45 minutes from the lake. With Pine Creek lake being in our area and Hugo Lake within an hour of Broken Bow Lake, we sometimes suggest something around Pine Creek or in the Valliant area. This allows easy timely driving to Broken Bow or Hugo Lake and of course Pine Creek.

Also Raymond Gary Lake is only 10 miles west of Valliant and you can own the shore there and have a private boat dock.
